Job Summary This role involves conducting interviews for Medicare Supplement insurance applicants in a manner that is professional, patient, honest, confidential, and efficient. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of prescription drugs and treated conditions, with a preference for those with a background as Pharmacy Technicians. Experience in customer service, insurance, and medical terminology is needed, along with a detail-oriented mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Please note that this is not a remote position and candidates must be local at this time. Primary Responsibilities: Must be able to work your scheduled shift and if needed, rotate schedules with other employees for proper departmental staffing needs and /or Work Overtime if needed.
