The Courtyard Rehabilitation Come join our team and start making a difference! This role supports both the Medical Records and Central Supply departments by ensuring accurate documentation and effective, professional communication with our internal and external partners. Responsibilities include but not limited to maintain and securing all medical records, ordering facility supplies and maintaining the budget. Key Responsibilities Support daily operations of the Medical Records department in accordance with facility policies and all stated and federal guidelines Maintain, assemble, audit and secure resident records for accuracy, completeness and HIPPA guidelines Audit Admission Records for accurate and complete Admissions Packet Release and track medical records requests in compliance with HIPAA guidelines Provide administrative support to other Departments as needed Serve as a primary contact for medical records requests Log, Document and Update Court Order/Subpoena Log Completes daily, weekly and monthly functions within established deadlines Experience Preferred Point Click Care experience Preferred Ask us about our CAPLICO Core Values Job Type: Full-time For benefit details check us out here http://ensignbenefits.com/ Benefits eligibility for some benefits dependent on full time employment status.
