Maintain responsibility for safeguarding the privacy and security of client Personal Heath Information. Review, develop, educate/train staff and implement health information plans to assure compliance with state, federal, accrediting and funder organization or regulatory requirements. Monitor and analyze key data elements within the client record, assessing timeliness, accuracy, and compliance with Medicaid and funder requirements.
