Internship program dates: June 8 - August 21, 2026 Education Required: Currently pursuing PhD in Health Economics, Outcomes Research, Pharmacoeconomics, Epidemiology, Health services Research or related discipline. General Description: The US HEOR summer intern will actively contribute to various oncology HEOR and RWE (real-world evidence) projects, and gain industry experiences in HEOR and RWE experiences, focusing on the US market. The intern will also work with cross-functional teams and interact with key stakeholders to understand the role of HEOR in the pharmaceutical industry. Essential Functions of the Job: Support ongoing research projects – assist with literature reviews and evidence synthesis by leveraging AI tools; help interpret and communicate quantitative and qualitative findings to internal and external audiences Investigate optimal research techniques and implementation strategies to ensure timely understanding of burden of disease, unmet need, and the economic, humanistic, and clinical value proposition of BeiGene’s oncology products Research experience in HEOR and RWE related studies through school or prior position Experience leveraging GenAI or LLM through school project or prior position Contribute to the study design and/or execution of methodologically sound HEOR and RWE studies Ability to apply critical thinking in authoring and/or reviewing protocols, analytic plans, reports, publications and other study documents to ensure quality and completeness of output Ability to work efficiently both individually and as part of a team Detail oriented with exceptional interpersonal and time management skills Keen interest in learning and sharing knowledge Strong academic record (GPA >=3.5) Supervisory Responsibilities: No Computer Skills: PC literacy required; MSOffice skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Statistical analysis skills (preferred) Other Qualifications: Prior experience conducting qualitative and quantitative HEOR studies; familiarity with machine learning or AI tools is strongly preferred Completed core HEOR foundational courses or research methodology training Ability to communicate professionally and succinctly via email, Teams, and Zoom. Requirements
