Director, Field Health Economics & Outcomes Research (HEOR), Northeast The Director, Field HEOR, is a senior scientific leader responsible for shaping and executing Bayer’s U.S. Field HEOR engagement strategy with payers, health systems, IDNs, and other access‑decision stakeholders. This role serves as the primary field‑based HEOR expert, translating evidence into meaningful value discussions, identifying customer‑driven evidence needs, and ensuring those insights inform Bayer’s HEOR and Medical strategies. The Director partners closely with Market Access, Medical Affairs, and HEOR Research Strategy teams to deliver clear, data‑driven value messages; support population‑specific evidence needs; inform economic modeling; and establish Bayer as a trusted HEOR partner across national and regional payer organizations. The role is critical in supporting appropriate access by bridging scientific evidence, real‑world insights, and payer decision‑making frameworks.
