About The Position

The Health Center Supervisor is responsible for direct management of nursing staff and delivery of clinical operations at the Orion site. They guide and support medical staff, promote communications, monitor medical programs, integrate with the local business, be responsible for the site emergency response program, and promote health and well-being.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) required
• 5+ years of nursing experience required
• Valid state nursing license
• Ability to communicate, motivate, and inspire direct reports and others
• Ability to lead change within work groups and departments

Nice To Haves

• Prior leadership experience in a medical environment
• Certification as Occupational Health Nursing (COHN) or Occupational Health Nursing Specialist (COHN-S) preferred
• Demonstrates creative and critical thinking
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Previous Supervisory experience in a medical environment
