Snapshot of key accountabilities of the Health Center Manager: Provide strong leadership and daily operational oversight of health center activities. Supervise, train, and support staff to ensure optimal performance, patient flow, and adherence to quality standards. Oversee scheduling, supplies, and inventory management to ensure efficiency and service excellence. Promote a workplace culture rooted in equity, inclusion, and our core values. Monitor and achieve productivity, revenue, and customer service goals. Coordinate and ensure ongoing staff training in medical protocols, workflows, billing, insurance, and patient care. Address patient concerns professionally and promptly using REACT tools and affiliate policies. Serve as a mentor to team members and a key point of contact for escalated patient or operational issues. Conduct observations and evaluations of staff to reinforce best practices and identify improvement areas. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and affiliate standards (OSHA, CLIA, AHCA, PPFA, etc.). May provide direct patient care when needed, including education, lab work, and follow-up coordination. Uphold high standards of safety, cleanliness, and accessibility across the center. Complete all required training and onboarding activities and maintain certifications (e.g., BLS). Work flexible hours including evenings and weekends based on center needs.
