About The Position

Provide strategic direction of Health & Baby and align efforts across key
strategic and financial initiatives. Act as a liaison and advocate between the
team and senior leadership, championing priorities and outcomes. Develop and
communicate long-term plans for the categories, including risk mitigation,
resource allocation, and vendor management opportunities. Demonstrate the
