About The Position

You’ll help keep the workplace safe, protect the environment, and make sure the company follows safety rules and ISO standards.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of EHS experience
• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
• Experience working with ISO standards (like ISO 14001 or ISO 45001)
• Basic knowledge of safety rules (like OSHA)
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work with all types of employees
• Hydraulics Experience
• OSHA 10-Hour Certification (OSHA 10)
• ISO 9001 Certification Experience
• Investment Casting (Foundry Operations)
• Hydraulic Systems & Components
• Foundry Environment Experience
• ISO 14001 Certification Experience

Nice To Haves

• ISO certifications (such as ISO 14001 or ISO 45001)
• Degree in safety, health, or a related field
• Experience working with multiple locations
• Experience leading safety training or inspections

Responsibilities

• Help run safety and environmental programs
• Check the workplace regularly to make sure it’s safe
• Find safety problems and help fix them
• Help update safety rules and procedures
• Train employees on how to work safely
• Look into accidents and help prevent them from happening again
• Keep safety records organized and up to date
• Work with workers’ comp and safety partners when needed
• Make sure the company follows safety laws and ISO standards
