Position Overview SUMMARY (Basic Purpose of the Job) Supervises areas of responsibility to meet department goals while maintaining budget integrity. Educates and monitors employees and adheres to department and administrative procedures and guidelines to maintain compliance and insure quality. Communicates effectively and works cooperatively with others. Works collaboratively with other departments to improve shared work processes. Utilizes standards, guidelines, and written procedures for performing patient access functions.
