About The Position

We are a results-driven Executive Search firm, specialized in identifying and selecting senior leadership and mid-management talent for both national and international companies. We operate with a proprietary methodology, a consultative approach, and strict confidentiality. Lead and scale the practice for Spain as a 360° full-desk consultant: build and nurture a client portfolio, run search mandates end to end, and establish the processes, tools, and quality standards for our Madrid operation.

Requirements

  • University degree (Business Administration, Law, Psychology, Labor Relations, Marketing, or related).
  • 45+ years in 360° headhunting or selection with a strong commercial component in search firms, consulting, or B2B services.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the Spanish business landscape and an executive-level network (active portfolio highly valued).
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter , sourcing tools, competency interviews, and ATS/CRM platforms.
  • Fluent English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
  • Consultative, results- and quality-oriented profile; strong negotiation, resilience, influence, and executive-level communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Business Development (Full Desk)
  • Market mapping and new logo acquisition across strategic sectors.
  • Lead generation and qualification, client meetings, and deal closing (retainer/success fee).
  • Draft proposals and RFPs, negotiate terms, and manage relationships with C-suite and HR.
  • Represent the firm at industry events and forums; drive brand positioning and referrals.
  • End-to-End Search Execution
  • Take client briefings and define the search strategy .
  • Conduct research and direct headhunting, talent mapping, outreach, and competency-based interviews .
  • Present shortlists with reports, coordinate client candidate interviews, manage references, and support offer/close .
  • Oversee onboarding and follow-up within the guarantee period.
  • Operations & Quality
  • Implement processes, KPIs, and the commercial/operational playbook for Spain.
  • Administer the ATS/CRM and report on pipeline and billings .
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR/LOPDGDD and best-practice confidentiality standards.
  • Coordinate with marketing and external providers (job boards, tools, etc.).
