About The Position
Direct daily header bay production activities to maintain smooth, efficient workflow across all shifts Coordinate team assignments, monitor performance, and provide hands‑on guidance to ensure consistent output Enforce safety protocols and conduct routine checks to maintain a hazard‑free work environment Oversee equipment operation, identify issues early, and escalate maintenance needs to minimize downtime Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure all products meet manufacturing standards and specifications Train new team members on processes, safety procedures, and production expectations Track production metrics, identify bottlenecks, and recommend process improvements Communicate effectively with supervisors, engineers, and other departments to support production goals Maintain accurate documentation of production activities, materials usage, and shift reports Foster a positive, accountable team culture focused on safety, quality, and continuous improvement
