About The Position

Position Summary Responsible for ensuring the work flow of the clinical area specific to x-ray function and directs clinical staff according to provide excellent patient care. Documents accurately in EMR system according to licensure and regulatory guidelines in a courteous, caring and respectful manner. Maintains appropriate logs and licensing according to state and Board Examiners. Responsible for maintaining all supplies and equipment. Maintains a close working relationship with staff to ensure proper workflow. Supports and assists other practice activities as necessary.

Requirements

Completion from an accredited Radiology program which results in obtaining their NJ/NY State License.
Required to be registered in Radiography by The American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT).
New graduates will be considered.
BCLS certification
Experience in a clinic, medical office or off-site medical environment.
Ability to use critical thinking skills (analytical, clinical reasoning, decision-making, problem-solving, time management, etc.).
Outstanding interpersonal, service excellence behavior and customer service skills required.
Strong orientation towards the provisions of high quality, cost effective and comprehensive medical care.
Ability to use effective organizational and time management skills to set priorities and respond quickly to urgent/emergent situations.
Strong communication both oral and written and presentation skills to convey information in a clear and concise manner to persons of varied age groups, customers and/or groups.
