Head Women's Soccer Coach
About The Position
Central Michigan University, an FBS member of the Mid-American Conference, is seeking applicants for a Head Women's Soccer Coach. Position is a full-time, 12 month appointment with full benefit package. Salary is commensurate with experience. This position will oversee all aspects of a Division I program, including the supervision of two full-time assistant coaches. The Head Coach is responsible for working within a prescribed budget, identifying and recruiting athletically and academically talented student-athletes, meeting fundraising expectations, community service engagement, and maintaining compliance with NCAA, MAC, and CMU rules and regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Women's soccer coaching and recruiting experience.
- Budget management experience.
- Demonstrated leadership skills.
- Ability to motivate student-athletes to be successful academically and athletically.
- Possess proven integrity.
- Knowledge of and commitment to following MAC and NCAA rules and regulations.
- Ability to perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.
