About the Job: The Head Women's Soccer Coach will lead, develop, and mentor the collegiate women's soccer team, striving for competitive excellence in intercollegiate athletics. This role also involves fostering a comprehensive program that promotes athletic success, personal and spiritual growth, and academic achievement for all team members while adhering to rules and regulations governing University, Northwest Conference and NCAA Division III. The Head Women's Soccer Coach performs all duties in full support of the University's and Athletic Department's mission. A day in the life of this position: The Head Women's Soccer Coach position is a highly diverse role which varies day-to-day, in-season, and out-of-season. This individual must model a life of learning, integrity and service around the person and work of Jesus Christ. Student-athletes are our primary focus and therefore this position requires an immense amount of availability to help coach, educate and mentor. Our Head Women's Soccer Coach must excel in organizational and analytical skills to assist with program administrative functions and recruiting. This is a highly visible position within the community.
