About The Position
BLUE RIDGE UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT- Job Description Seasonal Position Reports to: Athletic Director Head Volleyball Coach While our teams have been successful we value sportsmanship and academic success above all else. The coach MUST be an advocate for the multiple sport athletes and encourage their players to participate in more than one sport. Please submit the following with your application: Resume Three (3) Letters of Recommendation Copies of all college transcripts IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card (if you possess one-must have) Teaching Certificate (if you possess one) Emergency Substitute Certificate or Substitute Certificate (must have if you do not have a Teaching Certificate) First Aid and CPR Certified Additional certifications required: NFHS Fundamentals of Coaching NFHS Concussion in Sports NFHS Sport Specific – Volleyball NFHS Sportsmanship NFHS Creating a Safe and Respectful Environment NFHS Engaging Effectively with Parents. Compensation for the position will be determined upon hire.
