About The Position

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily teller operations to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and excellent service
• Perform all standard teller transactions including deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and payments
• Maintain vault cash, teller cash limits, and ATM cash levels
• Train, coach, and support teller staff; assist with scheduling and coverage
• Monitor teller balancing, resolve discrepancies, and complete required audits and reports
• Handle escalated customer questions and concerns professionally
• Ensure compliance with all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements (BSA, OFAC, Reg CC)
• Promote and refer bank products and services to meet customer needs
