Head of US Structured Notes Distribution, Executive Director will provide senior leadership in structured notes sales, driving client engagement, revenue growth, and risk-managed execution across different products. The role partners closely with Trading, Structuring, Quants, and Risk to originate and deliver derivative and structured solutions while maintaining strong governance, controls, and conduct standards.

Requirements

• 10+ years in derivatives and structured notes sales with a demonstrable record of revenue generation and client impact.
• Proven ability to originate, price, and execute complex transactions with sound commercial judgment and disciplined risk management.
• Strong understanding of controls and regulatory requirements in a derivatives business; commitment to conduct and operational excellence.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex risks and structures to both clients and internal partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead origination and execution of structured notes transactions across core products.
• Develop and grow institutional client relationships; identify opportunities to increase wallet share and profitability.
• Provide market color, trade ideas, and strategic guidance to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Partner with Trading, Structuring, and Quant teams to design, price, and deliver tailored solutions.
• Coordinate with Risk, Compliance, Legal, Operations, and Finance to ensure disciplined execution, documentation, and regulatory adherence.
• Contribute to desk strategy, product priorities, and revenue planning, support pipeline development and platform growth.
