Zoom is seeking a Head of Total Rewards to lead its compensation and benefits teams. The role is responsible for managing the design and implementation of innovative, best-in-class rewards strategies to attract and retain top talent. You will report to the Chief People Officer and be a key member of the People & Culture leadership team, collaborating to develop a talent strategy that helps drive the company’s success. As a functional expert in global total rewards strategies, you will be responsible for broad-based and executive compensation, short—and long-term incentives, salary and hourly reviews, health, welfare, savings, and pension plans. You will work closely with internal functions (Finance, Sales Ops, IT, etc.) and external partners/vendors to deliver consistent, scalable, and effective creative and market-sensitive Total Rewards strategies. This role will also involve presenting materials to the board's compensation committee. An ideal candidate will be hands-on and enjoy getting into the details to ensure our programs have a clearly aligned and articulated philosophy, end-to-end process design, and flawless execution. They will use a proactive and strategic approach to ensure that rewards are competitive, drive results, align with company culture, and are understood and valued by employees.
