About the Role: Grade Level (for internal use): 16 The Team: The Head of Total Rewards will lead the strategy and execution of compensation and benefits, and recognition programs for S&P Global Mobility. This role will play a pivotal role in shaping our end-to-end rewards strategy ensuring it's competitive, aligns with our business goals and fosters engagement and high performance. The Global Head of Total Rewards will be a member of the People Leadership Team, and will collaborate with HR leadership and business partners to ensure our rewards programs align with organizational goals and market trends. This leader will help build and develop a new team of global Rewards professionals and play a major role in coordinating People Rewards due diligence efforts during the planned spin of the Mobility division to a publicly traded company. Operating in 22 countries with offices in APAC, EMEA and North America (primarily Centerville VA and London, Ontario Canada). This role reports directly to the Mobility Chief Purpose Officer. This role is based in Centreville, Virginia, with plans to relocate to Reston, Virginia, in 2026. The Impact: Develop, implement and administer the company’s executive cash incentive plan, stock- based incentive compensation plan, executive supplemental benefits, executive deferred incentive compensation plan and perquisite programs as well as compensation plans for the company’s non-employee Directors. Lead the compensation strategy for the enterprise and advise our Executive Leadership Team with respect to strategies that support their businesses. Support the Compensation and Leadership Development Committee (CLDC) of the Board of Directors in its governance of all compensation and benefits plans. In collaboration with the People Rewards Leadership team, the finance team, and the legal team, develop company-wide compensation programs, policies, and guidelines (merit budgets, salary ranges, compensation policies). Develop and manage comprehensive benefits programs, including health, wellness, retirement, and other employee benefits. Partner with the People Leadership team to develop the strategy and implementation of employee recognition programs to enhance employee engagement and retention. Ensure compliance with regulations and standards globally.
