About The Position

As a technical leader within Kerry’s beverage business, you will be the go‑to authority for turning innovation into reality connecting market insight, technical excellence, and manufacturing know‑how to create standout beverage solutions. Working closely with customers, commercial teams, and R&D, you will help shape the future of beverages by transforming concepts into factory‑ready products that delight consumers, strengthen partnerships, and reinforce Kerry’s leadership in taste and nutrition. This role requires 50% travel.

Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma in Food Technology, Food Science, Chemistry, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in flavor applications supporting factory or large‑scale manufacturing environments.
  • Strong technical knowledge of beverage production processes, with hands‑on experience in production or industry settings.
  • Proven experience in beverage formulation and end‑to‑end product development.
  • Demonstrated project management and team leadership capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proactive team leader and self‑starter with strong multitasking skills and the agility to adapt quickly to changing priorities.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with pilot plant operations is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the regional centre of excellence for beverage process manufacturing, supporting commercial teams to deliver high‑quality solutions for customers.
  • Partner with R&D to successfully scale formulated beverages into full factory production environments.
  • Provide technical expertise to Key Accounts and Commercial leaders, ensuring customer requirements are met and product‑to‑factory projects exceed quality and performance expectations.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their technical and commercial needs, applying beverage formulation and application expertise to deliver effective, problem‑solving solutions.
  • Lead and coordinate internal product evaluation sessions, collaborating cross‑functionally to refine and improve prototypes based on pilot and factory trial feedback.
  • Contribute to the development and presentation of innovative beverage concepts aligned with customer objectives and evolving market trends.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with R&D on the development of dry and liquid compound systems, enabling turnkey product development from concept through execution.
  • Represent the company at customer meetings, trade exhibitions, seminars, and training courses as required, showcasing technical capability and strengthening customer relationships.
