Amae Health is seeking a Head of Talent to lead and scale our recruiting function during a critical period of growth. As we expand clinics across multiple markets and continue building our corporate teams, hiring exceptional talent—both clinical and operational—will be one of the most important determinants of our success. Reporting to the VP of People, this role will own the recruiting function end-to-end: strategy, systems, team leadership, and execution. In this dual-impact role, you will analyze recruitment metrics to optimize our talent engine and directly execute full-cycle searches for our most critical roles. The right candidate is a builder who thrives in fast-moving environments and enjoys designing recruiting systems from the ground up. This role will also help lead innovation within the recruiting function, identifying opportunities to incorporate AI-enabled tools and automation to improve sourcing, screening, candidate engagement, and recruiting operations.
