Overview of the role: The Head of Strategic Relationship Management (SRM) is a key member of Hartford Fund's Sales Leadership team and responsible for developing and cultivating key home office relationships with the firm's most valuable institutional and intermediary clients. Leading a team of national account managers, the role will drive revenue growth, client retention and long-term partnerships by aligning client needs with the firm's investment solutions and services. This role can be based in Philadelphia, New York City or Boston.
