About The Position

Leadership & Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a global team of seven professionals. Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture, and oversee resource allocation and professional development for the team. Investment Governance: Oversee the team's end-to-end investment process, from deal sourcing and due diligence to execution, portfolio management, and exit strategies. Implement and manage a robust governance framework for all investment activities, including deep engagement with second-line partners. Provide regular, insightful updates on portfolio performance, market trends, and strategic initiatives. Portfolio Oversight & Value Creation: Provide strategic guidance to the team on the management of the investment portfolio. Cultivate and maintain a network of senior-level contacts with entrepreneurs, venture capitalists, and other strategic investors.

Requirements

• A minimum of 15 years of experience in venture capital, private equity, or a related investment field, with a significant portion of that time in a leadership capacity.
• A proven track record of leading successful investment teams, sourcing and executing deals, and managing a portfolio of venture investments through to successful exits.
• Deep expertise and a strong network within the FinTech, private credit, and real estate technology landscapes.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with demonstrated experience in managing and developing a global and diverse team.
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically, develop a long-term investment vision, and execute against it.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus among senior internal and external stakeholders.
• Bachelor's/University degree is required.
• An MBA or other advanced degree is strongly preferred.
