We're transparent with our employees. You'll hear updates on company financials, how we're performing against bonus goals, and how we're responding to challenges we face. We're growing. For you, that means unparalleled growth opportunities and a role in shaping the direction of the company. We're fun. You'll work with and learn from the smartest people in the industry and have a blast doing it. We're looking for a dynamic and culturally attuned entrepreneurial leader to serve as Kepler’s Head of Social, Entertainment, and Culture (SEC) – inclusive of Influencer Marketing, social listening, and cultural insights. The role will be responsible for setting the vision + strategy, and evangelizing the social media practice. You will play an integral role in ensuring that Kepler remains a best-in-class, visionary partner for our clients across all major social and entertainment platforms and experiences. Additionally, you will spearhead Kepler Influence, advising clients, prospects, and teams on best-in-class influencer strategy. The ideal candidate lives and breathes social in all its forms, with a deep, nuanced understanding of how platforms and moments both reflect and shape culture. You are an established, forward-thinking thought leader capable of developing and articulating a long-term vision for our social media capabilities five or more years out, with a clear perspective on the evolving impact of AI on marketing. You can confidently communicate that vision to clients, prospects, and internal stakeholders alike.
