About The Position

With nearly 50 years of experience, the company protects products in transit, enhances shelf visibility, and improves user experience through collaborative, streamlined solutions—reducing complexity while delivering reliable, scalable packaging from concept to distribution. Position Overview The Head of Sales is responsible for leading the company’s revenue strategy and ensuring consistent, profitable growth. This individual manages the sales team, maintains a disciplined and accurate sales pipeline, and drives accountability for forecast accuracy, margin performance, and annual revenue targets. The Head of Sales is a member of the Leadership Team and plays a key role in shaping commercial strategy, strengthening key customer relationships, and developing a high-performing sales organization.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience
  • 2+ years of sales leadership or team management experience
  • Demonstrated success driving revenue growth and managing sales pipelines
  • Strong forecasting and analytical capabilities
  • Highly organized with strong accountability and follow-through

Responsibilities

  • Drive annual revenue growth across the sales team, targeting a minimum 15% increase per representative
  • Monitor individual and team performance against growth objectives
  • Ensure sufficient pipeline coverage to achieve revenue targets
  • Identify performance gaps and implement corrective action plans
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales professionals
  • Establish performance expectations and hold team members accountable to results
  • Conduct regular pipeline and deal reviews to improve win rates and sales effectiveness
  • Foster a culture of accountability, execution, and continuous improvement
  • Maintain accurate and disciplined CRM usage across the team
  • Ensure opportunities are properly qualified, updated, and progressed through the pipeline
  • Review weekly forecast versus actual performance and address variances
  • Approve quarterly forecasts for top customer accounts
  • Ensure targeted prospecting efforts support future pipeline growth
  • Ensure pricing discipline across all sales activities
  • Maintain minimum contribution margin expectations across total sales
  • Review large or exception deals prior to finalization
  • Partner with leadership to ensure revenue growth aligns with profitability objectives
  • Maintain executive-level relationships with strategic customers
  • Participate in quarterly touchpoints with top accounts to support long-term growth
  • Identify expansion opportunities within existing customer base
