Dorsia is seeking a Head of Sales & Partnerships to lead and scale our luxury sponsorship and partnership revenue function. This is a player-coach role: you’ll carry an individual quota while leading and mentoring a high-performing team of 2–3 sellers across digital media, experiential events, and integrated brand partnerships. In parallel, you will build the foundational systems, pipeline rigor, and team structure required to drive sustained growth. This role is ideal for a strategic, hands-on sales leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, excels at cross-channel storytelling, and is equally comfortable navigating digital ecosystems and IRL experiences. You will partner closely with our SVP of Strategic Growth, collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing and Events, and convert top-of-funnel strategic introductions into long-term, high-value brand partnerships.
