The Head of Rewards, US is responsible for leading the design, governance, and delivery of Nebius’ total rewards programs across the United States. This role ensures that our compensation, equity, benefits, and performance frameworks are competitive, scalable, and aligned with our rapid business expansion in the US market. As a senior member of the global Rewards leadership team, you will bring deep local market expertise to adapt and evolve global reward strategies for the US, while maintaining alignment with company-wide principles and frameworks. Reporting to the Director of Total Rewards, you will partner closely with US business leadership, HR, Finance, and Legal to ensure our reward offerings effectively attract, retain, and motivate top talent in a highly competitive environment. You will also contribute to the evolution of global reward strategies, providing insights and recommendations based on US market dynamics and emerging trends.
