We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Head of Total Rewards & People Operations to lead the design and delivery of our global rewards strategy and people operations function. This senior leader will ensure our compensation, benefits, and people programs are competitive, compliant, scalable, and aligned with our business objectives as we continue to grow and prepare for IPO readiness. You will serve as a trusted advisor to the executive team and People leadership, drive operational excellence across our People systems and processes, and manage and develop a high-performing team.
