Just clear priorities, thoughtful async communication, and space to build. We’re looking for a hands-on Head of Revenue to own and execute our go-to-market motion in close partnership with Postman. This role is equal parts operator and builder —you’ll execute directly while laying the foundation for a scalable revenue organization. As the company grows, this role will evolve to lead all aspects of the revenue function, but near-term success is defined by execution, focus, and building the right foundation.

Requirements

  • 6+ years experience in Sales and/or GTM
  • 1+ years experience as a BDR/SDR
  • Experience working with startups and growth-stage software companies
  • Comfort operating as both an individual contributor and a leader
  • Experience collaborating with stakeholders in Revenue/Sales Ops, Marketing, and Demand Generation
  • Strong GTM intuition, especially around partnerships and developer-focused products

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute a partner-led GTM motion with Postman, applying a platform-style approach to product adoption, co-selling, and ecosystem leverage
  • Personally own early revenue by leading strategic deals, shaping partner motions, and running GTM experiments end-to-end
  • Scale sales and marketing to increase and capture demand as traction grows
  • Establish repeatable processes across pipeline, forecasting, and execution
  • Plan and lead headcount growth as the revenue function matures
  • Work closely with startup customers, founders, and ecosystem partners to refine positioning and unlock repeatable growth.
