Position Overview The Head of Revenue Cycle Management is one of the most operationally critical seats at Entyre. This is not a “manage billing” role. You will build and lead the revenue engine that sustains our ability to scale care — ensuring accuracy, compliance, visibility, and speed from claim creation through reimbursement and cash collection. You will own the full revenue cycle across multiple states and architect the infrastructure behind it: workflows, reporting, controls, and team. This is a hands-on leadership role: you’ll design and build scalable systems, but you’ll also be in the details — digging into denials, pressure-testing processes, and jumping in when reimbursement is at risk. You’ll partner closely with Finance and Operations and you’ll report directly to the CEO.
