Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in chemistry, engineering, or related discipline; master's preferred, with a minimum of 15 years of industry experience (preferably in process, automotive, or pharmaceutical manufacturing), including 5+ years in senior Quality leadership roles with international, cross-functional, and cross-cultural exposure.
  • Experience in managing in Henkel Integrated Management System, including implementation and auditing of international standards (ISO, IATF) within complex, multi-site organizations.
  • Deep knowledge of Quality Core Tools such as APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, and MSA, ensuring consistent application of quality standards across global operations.
  • Strong proficiency in root-cause analysis and structured problem-solving, utilizing 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone, and Six Sigma methodologies to drive sustainable corrective actions.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team development skills, with a record of building, coaching, and empowering high-performing quality and cross-functional teams.
  • Advanced data literacy and statistical analysis capabilities to evaluate quality performance, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Proven ability to lead Lean and continuous improvement initiatives, integrating quality, safety, and operational excellence to enhance overall efficiency and product reliability.
  • Proven change management and strategic leadership skills, with experience integrating multiple acquisitions or business units into a unified Quality model. Able to develop clear plans, prioritize initiatives, and drive alignment across multiple sites or systems during periods of transition, creating stability, focus, and measurable progress toward corporate quality goals.

Responsibilities

  • Member of Network Operations Leadership Team and the region's functional Quality Leadership Team
  • Integrate the network into Henkel Integrated Management System, including harmonize CIM policies and procedures and driving effective and consistent implementation
  • Orchestrate the product quality management process, strategically planning, coordinating, and guiding a transformation process to meet the Henkel global Quality program/standards/processes
  • Drive effective implementation of Quality Integration and Improvement Plan (QIIP) and eventually QIP with the network management team to meet TTIs and KPIs
  • Identify systemic issues across the network and drive to resolution both from AO and SBU perspective to enable business growth; escalate critical issues to Region and Global Quality Head
  • Responsible to stop the processing, shipment, or use of poor-quality products Lead, champion, and promote the zero-defect Quality culture in his/her network through modelling the desired behavior, communication and skill development programs
  • Enforce IMS maintenance for all related standards, internal & external, drive continual improvement through audit/ assessment of relevant standards/policies
  • Communicate with external parties including customers and suppliers
  • Lead and coach a team of Quality professionals in the network, develop team members
  • Oversee and manage Quality operations that includes day to day execution of QC testing, Quality systems, problem solving and CAPA system for the sites within the CIM network
