As Head of Quality â Customer Reporting and Data Analytics, your primary goal will be to build and lead a customer-facing intelligence product line that delivers actionable insights from Everseenâs Vision AI solutions and complementary third-party data sources. You will transform complex operational and performance data into clear, impactful analytics and reporting tools that provide retail customers with unparalleled visibility into: â¢Everseen Product Performance across geographies, regions, stores, and lanes. â¢Retail Inventory Shrinkage Insights, highlighting patterns, root causes, and improvement opportunities. This role is pivotal in creating a new revenue stream by developing and scaling a market-leading intelligence offering that combines traditional reporting, API-based delivery, and AI-driven analytics experiences.
