As the Quality Control Manager for the Credit Risk Center in Business Banking Risk, you will provide strategic leadership to a team of Quality Control officers that conduct reviews of Wholesale and Retail credit analysis decisions, ensuring compliance with Regulations, Business Banking Risk and Firmwide Requirements and Procedures. In this role, you will act with the purpose to improve the overall quality of credit analysis decisions & maintain an environment of Audit readiness through regular quality reviews, creation and oversight of various monitoring reports and driving process enhancements. You will play an integral role in the management of governance initiatives across the business. This is an exciting opportunity for you to join and lead a dynamic Quality Control team within Business Banking Risk and work alongside a team of talented colleagues.
