As the Quality Control Manager for the Credit Risk Center in Business Banking Risk, you will provide strategic leadership to a team of Quality Control officers who review Wholesale and Retail credit analysis decisions. This ensures compliance with Regulations, Business Banking Risk, and Firmwide Requirements and Procedures. The purpose of this role is to improve the overall quality of credit analysis decisions and maintain an environment of Audit readiness through regular quality reviews, creation and oversight of various monitoring reports, and driving process enhancements. You will also play an integral role in managing governance initiatives across the business.
