As Head of Provider Acquisition, you will own one of the most critical growth functions at Nourish: the team and systems responsible for scaling our provider supply. You’ll lead our provider acquisition organization end-to-end, which includes outbound/inbound selling and conversion, and all revenue strategy and operations. You’ll get the chance to concurrently build and run a high-volume, sales-driven acquisition motion and the associated strategy & ops enablement arm. As the leader of the Provider Acquisition team, you’ll be responsible for setting the organization’s vision/roadmap, determining health metrics/KPIs, driving the team to high performance, and ensuring ops excellency as we grow. We view Provider Acquisition as a critical and innovative function at Nourish (after all, dietitians are the core of our product), and you will have full ownership over leading the organization to achieve great outcomes. This person will report into our VP of Operations and work closely with the rest of the Provider Growth & Operations teams as well as with stakeholders & functional leads across the organization. You’ll work closely with the founders, executive team, and cross-functional leaders to shape acquisition strategy and drive outcomes that directly determine the company’s ability to grow. This role is full-time and open to NYC-based candidates only (expectation to work in-person 2-3 days per week, with some remote flexibility). Our office is located in Flatiron. Occasional travel expected to conferences, events, etc.
