About The Position

We’re looking for a Head of Products for our cloud division to drive the strategy, development and growth of our Managed Service Provider (MSP) solutions for mid-market businesses. In this role, you’ll own the product vision while ensuring alignment with business objectives, customer needs, and market trends. You’ll be instrumental in shaping our cloud infrastructure offerings, enhancing customer experiences, and leading expansion into new markets.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in web hosting, IT, or related technology sectors.
• Demonstrated experience with business planning and strategy as it relates to product line management and development.
• Experience with web hosting technologies, WordPress and other open source content management systems.
• Strong knowledge of server architecture and hardware.
• Experience managing multiple product lines and projects simultaneously while analyzing complex data to make strategic decisions.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills, with the capacity to work collaboratively across all levels of the organization.
• Ability to think strategically and execute tactically while building and maintaining relationships both internally and externally.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine product strategies based on global market analysis to ensure competitiveness.
• Plan global expansion objectives to launch into new markets.
• Drive improvements in product NPS and retention by evaluating customer feedback, behavior, and win/loss trends.
• Establish and measure product adoption metrics tied to onboarding and churn through key user journeys.
• Collaborate with product marketing on product positioning, competitive battlecards, pricing strategies, and Go-To-Market milestones.
• Monitor the customer lifecycle and identify opportunities to increase customer lifetime value (LTV).
• Lead research activities through customer interviews, conferences, and webinars.
• Build out product roadmaps and development backlogs, coordinating with cross-functional teams to align priorities.
• Identify opportunities for 3rd party integrations, specifically focused on MSP-related B2B solutions to increase value or generate additional revenue.
• Design wireframes or mockups to communicate user experience enhancements to internal stakeholders.
