About The Position

The Head of Product will report directly to the CEO and partner closely with him on product strategy, while owning day-to-day execution and delivery. You see yourself as a facilitator and orchestrator of ideas, priorities, and product conversations across engineering, field sales, customer success, security practitioners and buyers.

Requirements

6+ years in product management in B2B cybersecurity, with a track record of building successful cybersecurity products
Deep cybersecurity and security operations background, ideally with hands-on experience in SOC, detection and response (D&R), SIEM, SOAR, or MDR products
Is customer-obsessed, with strong communication skills and a proven ability to translate feedback into actionable product decisions
Experience managing and developing product talent with the ability to mentor, delegate effectively, and build team capability
Strong ability to influence cross-functionally without direct authority
Early-stage startup mindset; you thrive on ambiguity and move with lightspeed execution

Responsibilities

Define and drive Dropzone’s product vision, roadmap, and execution across multiple AI agent personas
Collaborate across Engineering, GTM, and Customer Success to methodically align on product priorities and outcomes
Represent the product function to prospects and customers; continuously solicit feedback and inputs
Own the end-to-end rollout of both new products and enhancements; your job is not done when the code gets committed
Define success metrics, track performance, and ensure consistent delivery of customer value through quantitative product instrumentation and qualitative feedback
Identify and eliminate friction points in the buyer journey by making the product intuitive to understand, compelling to try, and effortless to buy
