About The Position

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Head of Product in the United States. This role offers the chance to lead product strategy and execution for a fast-growing SaaS-based online learning platform. You will translate high-level business goals into actionable product plans, oversee roadmaps, and drive cross-functional execution to deliver high-quality releases that generate measurable impact. The position requires a balance of strategic vision, analytical rigor, and operational discipline, with direct influence on customer experience, business growth, and product innovation. You will partner closely with Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to align priorities, set success metrics, and guide teams through complex trade-offs. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 12+ years of professional experience, including 8+ years in product management roles.
  • Proven success in owning and scaling SaaS-based products, ideally in online learning or adjacent industries.
  • Strong experience with both Agile and Waterfall product development methodologies.
  • Skilled in translating customer insights into actionable product strategy and delivering measurable outcomes.
  • Financial literacy including ROI, unit economics, and disciplined decision-making.
  • Proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude, Google Analytics) to guide decisions and measure results.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Willingness to travel quarterly for in-person meetings and company events.

  • Experience mentoring or coaching product team members is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Define and maintain the product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on ROI, customer impact, and business value.
  • Conduct continuous customer discovery, gathering insights from calls, surveys, and experiments, and translate them into actionable requirements.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Design to scope, document, and deliver high-quality features that meet user needs.
  • Oversee product execution, applying Agile or Waterfall methodologies as appropriate, and ensure timely delivery of releases.
  • Track product performance using analytics tools, measure outcomes, and communicate learnings across teams.
  • Align cross-functional teams around priorities, timelines, and success metrics while advocating for the customer experience.
  • Mentor and coach junior product team members, fostering a culture of discovery, planning, and outcome-driven execution.
