About The Position

We’re hiring a Head of Product to position mpathic as a category leader by building the right product and ensuring it translates into revenue through strong pricing, packaging, and tight GTM partnership. This role is hands-on to start. You will work alongside our CEO, CTO, and GTM leaders, as well as manage a VP of Product. Together, you’ll help us drive roadmap decisions, align leadership, and push key initiatives forward as we turn early traction into differentiation. As the function matures, you’ll build and scale the product organization’s team and practices to ensure we’re building the right things, and turning them into a strong business with a necessary impact.

Requirements

  • Have experience building B2B SaaS or data products, ideally in AI, ML, or developer-facing environments
  • Have 8+ years of product experience, including owning roadmap and delivery in early or growth-stage companies
  • Have hands-on experience shipping AI/ML-enabled products or working closely with technical teams building them
  • Are comfortable operating in ambiguity and creating structure where none exists
  • Know how to translate messy, incomplete data and user signals into clear product direction
  • Have experience building and mentoring product teams, especially from early stages
  • Can partner effectively with engineering, GTM, and leadership to drive alignment and execution
  • Communicate with clarity, confidence, and low ego
  • Are motivated by mission-driven work, particularly around AI safety and human impact

Responsibilities

  • Establish a clear product operating cadence and decision-making framework across leadership
  • Audit and refine the product roadmap, aligning it to company priorities and market opportunities
  • Drive alignment across executives on product vision, near-term priorities, and tradeoffs
  • Position mpathic as a category leader in conversational AI benchmarking through differentiated product capabilities
  • Own product’s contribution to revenue, including pricing, packaging, and tight partnership with GTM
  • Build and scale the product organization, hiring and structuring the team while establishing strong product management practices
