Your Role & Work Environment You coordinate, motivate, and coach the commercial team of Vendor Account Managers at ING Lease. You create visibility in the market and within ING. The Vendor Lease business involves developing strong long-term partnerships with manufacturers, importers, and dealers of capital goods, integrating financing as a sales or business support tool for partners in all relevant sectors: Equipment, Logistics Solutions, Medical & Technology Solutions. Beyond leading the team, you push the business forward by identifying growth opportunities, attracting new partnerships (both vendor and referral), and setting up scalable structures. You work closely with partners to shape and refine our propositions, ensuring they remain competitive and innovative. You initiate and coordinate actions and projects to achieve the targeted growth in new vendor leasing production and profitability as efficiently as possible. You take on the role of Squad Lead and build bridges with Risk colleagues and colleagues within the CLT Vendor Lease. Your team consists of two specialized commercial Lease profiles. You report to the Director Digital Sales and Business Development of ING Lease. Together with other colleagues at ING Lease, you strive for optimal client and vendor satisfaction.
