About The Position

Requirements

  • Ten or more years of progressive product management experience in software products.
  • Deep understanding of consumer-facing software ecosystems across multiple platforms.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in complex environments.
  • Experience in defining product success metrics to drive decisions.
  • Experience across multiple business/product stages, including new product development.
  • Strong communicator with the ability to align stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage emerging technologies for product vision and efficiency.
  • A shared passion for company values and outdoor adventure.

Responsibilities

  • Own the strategic customer problem portfolio, guiding the evolution of the product and business models.
  • In partnership with management, define product packaging and tiering, informed by market segmentation and user behavior.
  • Lead a product team focused on strategic opportunity identification and business growth.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, UX Design, QA, and other functions to translate strategy into customer-centric solutions.
  • Model the business impact of pricing, packaging, and feature decisions.
  • Establish a data-driven product culture connected to business outcomes.
  • Contribute to long-range planning and product strategy at the leadership level.
  • Provide context and clarity to drive alignment across teams.
