We are strongly committed to a foundation of operating excellence, professionalism and financial strength. WM serves nearly 25 million customers in residential, commercial, industrial and municipal markets throughout North America through a network of collection operations, transfer stations, landfills, recycling facilities and waste-based energy production projects. Job Summary Based at WM’s headquarters in Houston, TX and reporting to the company’s CFO, the Head of Procurement will lead the procurement organization across the entire enterprise, including all business units and regions, for all direct and indirect categories. The Head of Procurement will manage an annual spend of approximately $12 billion and lead a team of 115 employees – half are based in Houston and half are in the field.
