Our client is one of the earliest and largest dedicated Web3 marketing agencies. The company has worked with hundreds of leading blockchain and crypto organizations and has helped define many of the marketing playbooks used across the Web3 ecosystem. The team operates fully remotely, values clear communication, and supports a collaborative, learning-driven culture. We are seeking a Head of PPC to build and lead the agency’s paid advertising function from the ground up. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires deep expertise in paid media, strong familiarity with the Web3 space, and the ability to work directly with clients on strategy and performance reporting. This person will own all PPC activities, manage significant advertising budgets, set up and monitor analytics, establish processes, and work toward making the department’s P&L profitable. In the future, this role will grow into managing a team as demand continues to scale.
