The Head of Pet Owner Digital Engagement is responsible for defining, prioritizing, and delivering digital capabilities that power exceptional Pet Owner experiences across channels. This role sits at the intersection of Pet Owner Digital Experience, Data and Technology, requiring a product leader who can translate business vision into scalable, high-impact digital solutions. The leader will be responsible for the end-to-end product lifecycle—from discovery through delivery—partnering closely with Commercial Leaders and Technology teams to ensure that digital products are not only intuitive and engaging but also technically robust, data-driven, and aligned to strategic business goals.
