We are hiring a Head of People to build and lead the people function at SuperDial. This role will partner closely with the CEO and leadership team to design and execute the company’s talent and organizational strategy. You will own the full employee lifecycle, from hiring and onboarding through performance, engagement, and retention. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in early-stage environments and is excited to build systems, culture, and infrastructure from the ground up.
