As Head of People , you will own the full People strategy at Range as we scale. This role is responsible for building a high-functioning People organization, setting clear standards for how we hire, develop, and manage talent, and partnering closely with the CEO and executive team on organizational effectiveness. You will design scalable people systems, lead through complexity, and serve as a trusted advisor on high-impact decisions related to performance, leadership, and culture.
