We are building world-class processes across hiring, onboarding, performance management, and culture. The Head of People will architect the system that shapes how we hire, develop, retain, and scale talent. You will partner closely with the VP of Operations, support the CEO’s strategic direction, and build the frameworks that keep the entire company aligned to mission, KPIs, and execution. This is a builder role — perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, understands the complexity of early-stage scaling, and wants to leave a lasting imprint on Revi’s culture and operating system. The Role: Head of People 👩‍💼👨🏾‍💼 As Revi’s Head of People, you will own People Operations, Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Training, Performance Management, Culture, and Employee Experience. You’ll bring structure and clarity to a hyper-growth environment, ensuring every employee understands their mission, KPIs, and path to success. You will champion an AI-first approach, infusing automation, AI agents, and intelligent workflows into everything the People team delivers. This role reports directly to the VP of Operations.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of HR, People Ops, Talent, or Organizational Development experience
  • 3+ years in a leadership role, ideally at a scaling startup
  • Experience building and owning structured hiring, onboarding, and performance systems
  • Strong EQ with a firm backbone — able to coach managers and influence executives
  • Proven ability to bring clarity, structure, and accountability to a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communicator with experience handling sensitive and confidential matters
  • Comfort using AI tools, automation, and analytics to optimize people operations
  • Experience with HRIS/ATS systems (Lever, Bamboo/Gusto, Notion, Asana, etc.)
  • Strong alignment with Revi’s values: Heart, Impact, Excellence
