Build a hiring engine that consistently delivers high-quality candidates and hires, while also establishing the minimum set of People foundations that keep the company healthy as it scales. Recruit for high value roles with a specific focus on technical talent. What Success Looks Like in 6 Months Hiring plan is being executed against with data driven visibility through: leaders knowing what’s open, what’s stuck, and what decisions are needed. Hits the ground running by owning searches by leveraging deep NY market knowledge to source and close roles, focused on high-value technical and supporting team build outs across the company. By inheriting a recruiting system that already works with clear role definitions, structured interview loops, hiring partners, clean data, consistent debriefs, and a strong closing motion to make it faster, smarter, and more scalable without adding complexity. What Success Looks Like in 12 Months Recruiting is a dependable machine that scales with the business, with a clear bar for quality and a repeatable approach across functions – measured by time-to-fill by role type and pipeline coverage rations People operations are stable and predictable: policies, compliance, manager support, and core programs run smoothly. The People function is trusted across the company because it is practical, fast, and high judgment.
