About The Position

A B2B provider of iGaming platforms for growth-driven operators. The company delivers scalable, full-cycle technology solutions that support millions of active players and drive business growth. A team of over 1,000 specialists worldwide helps operators successfully launch and scale brands across multiple markets. The company provides scalable, full-cycle technology solutions used Igaming brands accross diffrent markets. A key focus area today is the further development of its in-house payment gateway - a high-impact part of the ecosystem that is already performing strongly and is now being refined, optimized, and elevated to the next level.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience, including 2+ years in a Lead Product Manager role
  • Proven ownership of company-level product metrics across multiple teams
  • Experience driving sustainable product growth through launches and operational excellence
  • Ability to define long-term product vision and 12–24 month development plans
  • Experience contributing to company strategy alongside other directors
  • Strong ownership of resources, risks, and cross-functional dependencies
  • Proven people leadership experience, managing multiple PMs and developing senior leaders

Responsibilities

  • Define and own product vision and strategy aligned with company goals
  • Set development direction and roadmap (12–24 months)
  • Own the full product lifecycle
  • Launch and scale major products and cross-functional initiatives
  • Optimize portfolio performance and ROI; manage risks
  • Analyze market and competitors
  • Define product positioning
  • Integrate customer feedback into decisions
  • Build and scale product teams and organizational structures to support growth
  • Set priorities and allocate resources
  • Ensure cross-functional alignment and report on key metrics
